Branding & CopywritingEvery successful brand has a great story to tell. It needs to be able to clearly communicate the “what/why/how” to form deeper connections with its desired customers and audience. Beyond the design work of creating brand guidelines, color palettes, and overall recommendations to ensure consistency over time, we also carefully crafted the content strategy to tell this amazing business story, all wrapped in search engine optimization (SEO) best practices.
Web Design & DevelopmentWith the fundamentals in place, it was time to shift our focus to visual storytelling and business growth engine. We developed a one-of-a-kind website for ModiFloors that thoughtfully crafted the user experience on every page with clear calls to action and page navigation. The ultimate goal was for the website to generate new client leads and we delivered just that. Carefully crafted marketing funnels help users navigate through the business offerings, differentiators, value propositions, and ultimately an inquiry submission.
All content is search engine optimized (SEO) to ensure discoverability when someone looks for flooring services within the company’s service area and directing users the to page/information that matters most.
We also implemented a social proof and review system that curates client reviews from other platforms and displays them cleaning in a single location. Client reviews left for ModiFloors on platforms such as Thumbtack, Yelp, Google, Facebook, Home Advisor, Houzz, and others are imported in real-time to the reviews page, easily and quickly providing visitors the big picture and reassurance of the quality work they deliver.
Lastly, ModiFloors received its dedicated Data & Analytics dashboard. Their dedicated dashboard highlights important business and marketing metrics in real-time and is available to the leadership team 24/7. Here they can track the volume of inquiries, search engine rankings, social media performance, and much more.
The results so far have been impressive! On average, a unique visitor spends over two mins on the website with an average of 4x page views per session. New prospective clients are visiting the website, spending time learning about the business and it’s offerings, and most importantly, generating new business leads! Organic traffic accounts for almost half of all visits.
