Née Belle, an ambitious hair product company, aimed for significant growth and expansion across North America and globally. Their core challenge was to establish a robust foundation for their brand's marketing efforts. This meant everything from refining their brand identity and crafting compelling messaging to developing comprehensive visual guidelines and a complete website redesign on Shopify.
The immediate goal was to create a meticulous blueprint for long-term success, allowing us to then move swiftly and strategically into sales-generating activities designed to cultivate awareness, drive sales, and foster loyalty among their target audience.

Our solution for Née Belle involved a precise, two-phase approach. Phase 1, the "Brand and Web Design/Development Sprint," ran from March 1 to April 30, 2024. This critical phase was dedicated to building the fundamental marketing elements, encompassing comprehensive brand identity design and development, alongside full web design and development within Shopify.
The primary objective of this initial phase was to establish unwavering brand consistency, significantly improve user experience, and drive conversions through a beautifully designed website with SEO-optimized content. Following the successful launch of the new brand and website, Phase 2 strategically concentrated on high-impact sales-generating activities. This included targeted paid media campaigns, dynamic social media influencer collaborations, and strategic affiliate marketing. 

Phase 2 kicked off on May 1st, with a singular focus on rapid sales generation to support the business's growth and ongoing marketing activation. The continuation of these marketing services was directly linked to the achievement of revenue and sales targets, ensuring a performance-driven partnership.

- Creating a Unified Brand Identity

We diligently developed comprehensive brand fundamentals for Née Belle to ensure seamless consistency in all communications and client experiences. This consistency across every client touchpoint was designed to dramatically increase memory recall, elevate user experience, and ultimately lead to more substantial conversions, projecting a 25% improvement in brand recognition metrics within the first three months of launch. 
This meticulous workflow involved close collaboration with the Née Belle team through a series of intensive workshops and scheduled meetings to craft their communication blueprint and core fundamentals. A thorough competitive analysis was also performed to identify unique value propositions, benefits, and opportunities that would powerfully differentiate the brand from its competitors. 

Key components included an immersive brand workshop covering value proposition, purpose, and positioning; the development of a cohesive messaging house; in-depth Know Your Customer (KYC) analysis to pinpoint audience profiles and segmentations; and precisely defining the brand's tone and voice.

We built world-class marketing tools and systems for Née Belle, with an unwavering focus on achieving critical business goals, exceeding user needs, and creating a truly memorable impression through expert visual design. This intricate process commenced with in-depth discovery and strategy, then progressed to compelling copywriting, sophisticated website design and development, seamless system maintenance and hosting, and finally, meticulous performance monitoring and optimizations. 
A complete SEO audit and competitive analysis were performed on the industry-specific products, services keywords, and audience search behaviors. The outcome of this rigorous work directly informed the technical copywriting required for the website, leading to significantly improved visibility and discoverability in search engines. This was aimed at boosting lead generation for intent-based keywords by 30% to robustly support the sales pipeline. Our in-house copywriting team meticulously crafted SEO-optimized content for all website pages, strategically using the top 10 keywords to powerfully tell the brand's unique story online, focusing on compelling storytelling and highlighting key differentiators while ensuring optimal organic ranking in search engines.

- Search Engine Optimization (SEO) & Paid Media

A complete SEO audit and detailed recommendations were provided, alongside ongoing monthly SEO management. Full-service paid media advertising was also expertly executed. In Phase 2, a robust Paid Media Campaign was strategically planned, as paid ads were considered an essential part of the digital marketing strategy that empowered businesses to showcase their products and services precisely when users submitted keyword-related queries to search engines, visited news publishers, or browsed social media channels. 
In a B2C context, paid ads played a significant role in lead generation by dramatically enhancing brand awareness, yielding more conversions, and offering hyper-targeting capabilities to deliver highly relevant messages. This included expert paid media strategy, all creative and asset design, compelling copywriting, continuous monitoring and optimizations, in-depth data and analytics, and meticulous ad spend management, targeting a 2:1 return on ad spend (ROAS) in the first six months of Phase 2.

In Phase 2, a dynamic Social Media Influencer campaign and a strategic Affiliate Marketing campaign were planned. Social media strategy and management were employed as a powerful tool for building widespread brand awareness, giving the company an authentic online personality, and humanizing the business to forge deeper connections with potential customers. 
We actively explored potential partnerships with impactful micro-influencers and synergistic affiliate programs to aggressively encourage sales and product adoption, aiming for 15% of initial sales to be influenced by these channels.

- Integrated Marketing Plan & Strategy

We combined our extensive digital experience, cutting-edge analytics expertise, and creative talent to build marketing strategies and campaigns that consistently delivered the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) crucial to Née Belle's business success.
