Strong Hardwood Floors is a flooring company from New Jersey that has expanded throughout the tri-state area over the last decade and needed a brand transformation to match its growth. The project involved a thorough and strategic review of its target audience, competitive analysis, positioning, and messaging-house to ensure consistent and relevant communications for years to come. We transformed their business by designing a completely new brand experience across all customer touchpoints, leading search engine marketing practices to ensure they dominate their local market, as well as leading marketing capabilities through email marketing, social media marketing, and paid media marketing. Ultimately, a fully integrated and strategic marketing plan to position the business for growth in the next decade and beyond.
Reimagining a Brand Strong Hardwood Floors needed a complete reimagining of its branding strategy, to include brand positioning, logo, messaging, and all customer touchpoints. We strategized and collaborated with the company to solve their toughest business and branding challenges. We also improved the client experience and operational efficiency by implementing a new CRM and company-wide email system.
Branding and Logo/Graphic Design Our goal for the branding for this company was to modernize and standardize the design elements that Strong Hardwood Floors already had in mind, applying bold colors while still maintaining a confident, professional image. We modernized their logo and added a little bit more sophistication, and rebuilt their online presence with this new brand in mind. We then applied the new logo, brand, color scheme, and company image to all marketing materials, both digital and physical. This included company uniforms, product packaging, stationery and letterheads, company vehicles, and all of their online product representation materials.
Website Design and DevelopmentRestructuring and launching a website that was truer to the new brand that we created for this company was a priority for this project. We streamlined their online presence, made their website more appealing to the customer, and made it simpler to navigate. This company has a portfolio of work spanning nearly a decade, so simplifying that, reworking some of the design elements on the site, and still delivering the full company experience was our goal. This company has grown significantly over its years, and we accommodated that growth by including region-specific information in a well-organized way on their webpage. We also optimized their webpage with SEO and mobile responsiveness.
