The challenge.

With a mission to match every customer with the automobile of their dreams, from luxury brands to reliable pickup trucks, Essex Auto Sales entered the automotive market with a focus on sharing the founders’ lifelong knowledge and automotive expertise with their clients.
Essex Auto Sales approached us with a unique and exciting challenge: take their vision for a new automotive and dealership experience and translate it into new digital formats. The main objective of this project was to develop an end-to-end solution for the many digital ecosystems that connect their services and car inventory with their audience. The project delivery required a dynamic, impactful, and consistent approach to the brand that was easily recognizable independent of the platform. The goal was to create a modern and impactful brand that was flexible enough to dynamically adjust to any platform and still maintain the mission, vision, and lifelong passions at every touch-point: website, social media, digital advertising, brochure, t-shirts, accessories, etc.
In addition, the website had to deliver a clean, simple, and modern platform for clients to browse their inventory of cars, explore details of each car, apply for financing, understand the services offered, and much more. A friendly, inviting, easy to navigate website would have to be developed to allow any prospective new client to easily find the car of their dreams and have all the tools and support at their fingertips every step of the way. 
All work had to be Search Engine Optimized with business listing set up across the main credible listing services.

In order to meet the client's demand for the new brand, a full business transformation was implemented and launched. Nothing was left to chance. From the website design and graphics to the website interface and navigation; from the digital communications branding for emails and other digital press to their physical imagery and trademarks in their letterheads and stationeries; and even in their related merchandising such as t-shirts, banners, stickers and more, Essex Auto Sales received a world-class brand with the performance to back it up.

Interacting with management and staff, our team developed a unique tone and voice that was used throughout all of Essex Auto Sales' customer touch-points. We even went as far as introducing needed revisions to the company's mission and vision statements. We made sure that all web content was search engine optimized, design the new brand, logo, and all other identity elements maintained the Mission, Vision, and brand elements to ensure Essex Auto Sales was the go-to company for all local automobile sales and automobile related needs.

We wanted the Essex Auto Sales' website interface to feel modern, dynamic, and for it to embody the company's passion for all things automotive. That's why when we designed and developed the new online home for Essex Auto Sales, we made sure the site was as streamlined, intuitive, and as a precisely-tuned as a racecar. All while allowing management to easily list new cars for sale, do inventory management, inventory search/filters/navigation, process inquiries, process financing applications, and much more. We also made sure the site remained lightning-fast and ranked highly for search engine optimization. The result is a modern-looking website that's easy to navigate and easy to manage the day-to-day operations.

Our graphics design team worked hard to create a new brand identity, brand guidelines, logo, and complete graphics package. We even took the extra step of applying this entirely new brand design to their physical consumer touchpoints such as banners, letterheads, business cards, and much more.
